If you received an open box item, please read this – 90% of the items we sell are open box items.  Most of our items in open boxes are new items, meaning other then having been taken out of their box and inspected; they have not been used in normal everyday use.  Still parts could be missing, manuals could be missing, and the item may even have a scratch or dent.  If the item is anything other then a new item in an unopen box, we promise that we described it as such.  

When it’s time to leave feedback for your order, if you do not feel that you can leave us a positive 5 star review, please, call us, because we literally will do ANYTHING to make things right between us, and that could work out really well for you!
