I buy a warranty for nearly every piece of electronic equipment from Square Trade and have had to file a claim on three separate occasions.
All claims have been paid fairly, promptly, and with a minimum of fuss and bother. They are an excellent company to select for warranties on your equipment.

the only bad thing I can say about it. Is that you need to have your WiFi signal very close to your router. My computer is in my office. On one side of the house , and the ROKU is in my bedroom. Try moving everything that could block the signal. Everything else is great. It's like having a giant DVD collection right at my fingertips.

Good communications concerning warranty with my GPS. Fast service, communications were always updated quickly & I was always updated with the next step that was to happen. I liked them so much that I purchased this warranty again for my new GPS. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent Service. My GPS from Ebay stopped working after one year,and was covered under a 2 year SquareTrade warranty. One phone call and a stop at the UPS store was all that was needed to get my full purchase price reimbursed via PayPal. Highly Recommended !
